关于AIFM1：
Apoptosis-Inducing Factor 1, Mitochondrial (AIFM1) is a flavoprotein essential for nuclear disassembly in apoptotic cells that is found in the mitochondrial intermembrane space in healthy cells. During apoptosis, it is translocated from the mitochondria to the nucleus to function as a proapoptotic factor in a caspase-independent pathway, while in normal mitochondria, it functions as an antiapoptotic factor via its oxidoreductase activity. The soluble form (AIFsol) found in the nucleus induces parthanatos i.e., caspase-independent fragmentation of chromosomal DNA. AIFM1 interacts with EIF3G, and thereby inhibits the EIF3 machinery and protein synthesis, and activates casapse-7 to amplify apoptosis. It binds to DNA in a sequence-independent manner and plays a critical role in caspase-independent, pyknotic cell death in hydrogen peroxide-exposed cells.

CST Complex Subunit STN1 (OBFC1) is a 368 amino acid protein that contains one OB DNA-binding domain. It is a member of the STN1 family. OBFC1 is component of the CST complex, a complex that binds to single-stranded DNA and is required to protect telomeres from DNA degradation. Mouse Fc receptor-like protein 1 (FCRL1) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. It is expressed in B-cells at the various stages of differentiation. Mouse FCRL1 consists of a 203 amino acid (aa) extracellular domain (ECD) with two Ig‑like domains, a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a 103 aa cytoplasmic domain with two immunotyrosine activation motifs (ITAMs). ITIH3, which is short for Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H3, is a 890 aa. protein. It is secreted expression, and belongs to the ITIH family. I-alpha-I plasma protease inhibitors are assembled from one or two heavy chains (H1, H2 or H3) and one light chain, bikunin. Inter-alpha-inhibitor (I-alpha-I) is composed of H1, H2 and bikunin, inter-alpha-like inhibitor (I-alpha-LI) of H2 and bikunin, and pre-alpha-inhibitor (P-alpha-I) of H3 and bikunin.
