文献和实验大鼠催乳素（PRL ） 酶联免疫分析 试剂盒使用说明书 本试剂仅供研究使用 目的：本试剂盒用于测定大鼠血清，血浆及相关液体样本中催乳素（PRL ） 的含量。 实验原理： 本试剂盒应用双抗体夹心法测定标本中大鼠催乳素（ PRL ） 水平。用纯化的大鼠催乳素（ PRL ） 抗体包被微孔板，制成固相抗体，往包被单抗的微孔中依次加入催乳素（ PRL ）， 再与 HRP 标记的催乳素（ PRL ） 抗体
腺垂体分泌的一种蛋白质激素，由199个氨基酸残基所组成。其对乳腺与泌乳的作用主要为促进乳腺发育生长，引起并维持泌乳。女性青春期乳腺发育主要由于雌激素刺激，孕激素、生长素等也起协同作用。妊娠期，催乳素、人绒毛膜生长素、孕激素、雌激素使乳腺组织进一步发育，由于血液中雌激素、孕激素浓度过高，与催乳素竞争乳腺细胞受体，催乳素失去效力。分娩后，血中孕激素、雌激素浓度降低，催乳素发挥启动和维持泌乳作用。胎儿垂体能分泌、贮存与释放催乳素。到分娩前几周，其在血中浓度达高峰。羊水中其浓度
