Thermo Scientific Bsp120I (PspOMI) restriction enzyme recognizes G^GGCCC sites and cuts best at 37°C in B buffer (Isoschizomers: PspOMI). Note: Also available as a FastDigest enzyme for rapid DNA digestion.
