产品简介：
磺丁基倍他环糊精钠的结构与组成
Cyclolab生产的磺丁基倍他环糊精钠是由β-环糊精与1，4-丁烷磺酸内酯发生取代反应的产物。β-CD葡萄糖单元是由7个吡喃葡萄糖通过α-1、4糖苷键连接而成，取代反应发生在β-CD葡萄糖单元的2，3，6碳羟基位置上，得到的产物是取代度为6.2～6.9的SBECD。
其结构如下图：

阴离子型高水溶性环糊精衍生物，能很好地与药物分子包合形成非共价复合物，从而提高药物的稳定性、水溶性、安全性，降低肾毒性、缓和药物溶血性，控制药物释放速率，掩盖不良气味等。
目前已应用于注射药、口服药、鼻部用药、眼部用药，对于含氮类药物具有特殊的亲和力和包合性。
磺丁基倍他环糊精钠在已上市制剂中的案例：
常用于难溶性药物，如伏立康唑，卡非佐米，齐拉西酮，马罗匹坦（动物药），阿立哌唑
泊沙康唑，卡马西平，美法仑，德拉沙星，甲苯咪唑，托吡酯，奥美拉唑，氯吡格雷，多西他赛，美洛昔康，四氢孕酮以及其他几种含氮的API碱处于不同的临床阶段
应用案例：
注射用瑞德西韦（Remdesivir）已经在中日友好医院开始抗新冠状病毒（2019-nCoV）的三期临床研究。此前吉利德公司已经对瑞德西韦（Remdesivir）的剂量和安全性做了不少研究。在临床剂量下，瑞德西韦（Remdesivir）除对肝功能有影响外，表现出很好的总体安全性。
瑞德西韦冻干制剂还包含以下非活性成分：注射用水，磺丁基-β-环糊精钠（SBECD）, 使用HCL和/或NAOH将制剂的pH调节至3.0至4.0，而后冻干。按照目前的稳定性数据，该冻干剂可以在30度以下保存三年。
