关于FLRT2：
Fibronectin Leucine Rich Transmembrane protein 2 (FLRT2) is a member of the fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein (FLRT) family. The three fibronectin leucine-rich repeat transmembrane (FLRT) proteins: FLRT1, FLRT2 and FLRT3, all contain 10 leucine-rich repeats (LRR), a type III fibronectin (FN) domain, followed by the transmembrane region, and a short cytoplasmic tail. FLRT proteins have dual properties as regulators of cell adhesion and potentiators of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) mediated signalling. The fibronectin domain of all three FLRTs can bind FGF receptors. This binding is thought to regulate FGF signaling during development. The LRR domains are responsible for both the localization of FLRTs in areas of cell contact and homotypic cell cell association. FLRT2 is expressed in a subset of the sclerotome, adjacent to the region that forms the syndetome, suggesting its involvement in the FGF signalling pathway.

关于PVR/CD155：
Mouse poliovirus receptor (PVR, CD155) is a type I transmembrane (TM) glycoprotein that is a member of the nectin-related family of adhesion proteins within the immunoglobulin superfamily. It binds other molecules including vitronectin, Nectin3, DNAM1, CD96, and TIGIT, but does not bind homotypically. CD155 includes a 28 aa signal sequence, a 318 aa extracellular domain (ECD) with one N-terminal V-type and two C2-type Ig-like domains, a 24 aa TM segment and a 38 aa cytoplasmic tail. Epithelial, endothelial, and many immune cells show low CD155 expression. It is up-regulated on endothelia by IFNγ, and is highly expressed on immature thymocytes, lymph node dendritic cells, and tumor cells of epithelial and neuronal origin. On migrating cells, it is concentrated at the leading edge, where it binds basement membrane vitronectin, recruits Nectin-3-expressing cells, and cooperates with PDGF and integrin αvβ3 to promote cell migration. Binding of monocyte DNAM-1 to endothelial cell CD155 promotes transendothelial migration. Enhanced CD155 expression in tumor cells contributes to loss of contact inhibition and increased migration, but also allows tumor cell recognition and killing by DNAM-1or CD96 expressing NK cells.

Human Fatty Acid-Binding Protein 1 (FABP1) is a cytoplasm protein, which belongs to the calycin superfamily and Fatty-acid binding protein (FABP) family. Fatty acid binding proteins are a family of small, highly conserved, cytoplasmic proteins that bind long-chain fatty acids. FABP1 forms a beta-barrel structure that accommodates hydrophobic ligands in its interior. FABP1 can bind free fatty acids and their coenzyme A derivatives, bilirubin, and some other small molecules in the cytoplasm, so it can be involved in intracellular lipid transport.

关于LDLR：
Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR) is a transmembrane glycoprotein that plays a critical role in cholesterol homeostasis. LDLR mediates blood cholesterol level by interacting with lipoprotein particles like LDL and VLDL. The extracellular domain of LDLR contains LDL receptor type A (ligand-binding) modules (LA repeats), epidermal growth factor-like modules, and LY repeats containing the YWTD consensus motif that are important in binding and releasing of ApoB-100 and ApoE in lipoprotein particles. The C terminal domain of LDLR inside the cell is required for the receptor internalization. Loss of function mutations in the LDLR gene causes Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH).
