关于ITGA5：
Integrin α-5 belongs to the Integrin α chain family and contains 7 FG-GAP repeats. Integrin α-5 joins with Integrin-β1 to form a fibronectin and laminin receptor which recognizes the sequence R-G-D in its ligands. In case of HIV-1 infection, the interaction with extracellular viral Tat protein seems to enhance angiogenesis in Kaposis sarcoma lesions. It is expressed on fibroblasts, endothelial cells, peripheral T cells and platelets. Integrin α-5 undergoes post-translational cleavage in the extracellular domain to yield disulfide-linked light and heavy chains. In addition to adhesion, ITGA5 participates in cell-surface mediated signalling.

关于CDH6：
Cadherin-6 (CDH6) is a type-II classic cadherin cell-cell adhesion molecules, which are expressed in graded or areal patterns, as well as layer-specific patterns, in the cortical plate. Human Cadherin-6 is synthesized as a 790 aa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that contains a 18 aa signal peptide, a 35 aa propeptide, a 562 aa extracellular region, a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a 154 aa cytoplasmic domain. There are five cadherin domains of approximately 110 aa each in the extracellular region. Cadherin-6 has high expression in kidney, brain, and cerebellum, and may contribute to the formation of the segmental structure of the early brain, as well as the development of renal proximal tubules. Weak expression is also detected in lung, pancreas, gastric mucosa and cytotrophoblasts. As a classic cadherin, Cadherin-6 will form homodimers and promote intercellular adhesion with itself and, possibly, Cadherin-9 and -14.

关于Calnexin：
Calnexin/CANX is a single-pass type I membrane protein which belongs to the calreticulin family. It consists of a large N-terminal calcium-binding lumenal domain, a single transmembrane helix and a short (90 residues), acidic cytoplasmic tail. The function of calnexin is to retain unfolded or unassembled N-linked glycoproteins in the endoplasmic reticulum. Calnexin is a calcium-binding protein that interacts briefly with newly synthesized glycoproteins in the endoplasmic reticulum. Calnexin may act in assisting protein assembly and/or in the retention within the ER of unassembled protein subunits. Calnexin seems to play a major role in the quality control apparatus of the ER by the retention of incorrectly folded proteins. Calnexin dwindles with aging and might contribute to a cytoprotection in an array of human age-related diseases.
