关于CD320/TCblR/8D6A：
CD320 antigen is also known as 8D6 antigen，FDC-signaling molecule 8D6，Transcobalamin receptor and 8D6A.It is a single-pass type I membrane protein and containing two LDL-receptor class A domains. CD320 has been recently discovered and reported as a follicular dendritic cell (FDC) protein. CD320 can augments the proliferation of plasma cells precursors generated by IL-10. CD320 also founctions a receptor for the cellular uptake of transcobalamin bound cobalamin. Defects in CD320 are the cause of methylmalonic aciduria type TCblR (MMATC) whichis a metabolic disorder.

T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD86 (B7-2) is a glycosylated protein in the B7 family. B7 family members are transmembrane cell surface molecules that play important roles in immune activation and the maintenance of immune tolerance. Mouse CD86 shares 59% and 81% aa sequence identity with human and rat CD86, respectively. It contains 1 Ig-like C2-type domainand 1 Ig-like V-type domain. It is highly expressed on activated antigen presenting cells. CD86 involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T-lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 production, by binding CD28 or CTLA-4. It may play a critical role in the early events of T-cell activation and costimulation of naive T-cells, such as deciding between immunity and anergy that is made by T-cells within 24 hours after activation. It is expressed by activated B-lymphocytes and monocytes and promoted by MARCH8 and results in endo*(代"c")ytosis and lysosomal degradation.

关于Calcitonin：
Calcitonin is a secreted protein which belongs to the calcitonin family. Calcitonin is cleaved into the following two chains: Calcitonin and Katacalcin. Katacalcin is a potent plasma calcium-lowering peptide. Calcitonin is a 32-amino acid linear polypeptide hormone. Calcitonin acts to reduce blood calcium (Ca2+), opposing the effects of parathyroid hormone (PTH). Its importance in humans has not been as well established as its importance in other animals, as its function is usually not significant in the regulation of normal calcium homeostasis. Calcitonin causes a rapid but short-lived drop in the level of calcium and phosphate in blood by promoting the incorporation of those ions in the bones.
