关于SIT1：
Signaling Threshold-Regulating Transmembrane Adapter 1 (SIT1) is a single-pass type I membrane protein and specifically expressed in T- and B-cells. SIT1 interacts with PTPN11/SHP2, GRB2 and CSK, when it is phosphorylated. SIT1 negatively regulates TCR (T-cell antigen receptor)-mediated signaling in T-cell. In addition, SIT1 is involved in positive selection of T-cells.

Human Interleukin-36 Receptor Antagonist (IL-36RN) is a secreted protein which belongs to the Interleukin 1 cytokine family (IL-1 family). IL-36RN is predominantly expressed in keratinocytes but not in fibroblasts, endothelial cells or melanocytes. IL-36RN is also detected in the spleen, brain leukocyte and macrophage cell types. Increased in lesional psoriasis skin. IL-36RN is a highly and a specific antagonist of the IL-1 receptor-related protein 2-mediated response to Interleukin 1 family member 9 (IL1F9). Dysregulated expression of novel agonistic and antagonistic IL-1 family member ligands can promote cutaneous inflammation, revealing potential novel targets for the treatment of inflammatory skin disorders. Human and mouse IL-36RN share 90% sequence identity.

ACYP2, also known as Acylphosphatase-2, is a protein which belongs to the acylphosphatase family. ACYP2 contains one acylphosphatase-like domain. ACYP2 plays an important role in hydrolyzing the phosphoenzyme intermediate of different membrane pumps, particularly the Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase from sarcoplasmic reticulum of skeletal muscle. Two isoenzymes have been isolated, called muscle acylphosphatase and erythrocyte acylphosphatase on the basis of their tissue localization. This gene encodes the muscle-type isoform (MT). An increase of the MT isoform is associated with muscle differentiation.
