关于IFN-gamma/IFN-γ：
Mouse Ifng is a secreted protein which belongs to the type I I (or gamma) interferon family. IFNG is produced by lymphocytes and activated by specific antigens or mitogens. In addition to having antiviral activity, IFNG also has important immunoregulatory functions. It is a potent activator of macrophages and has antiproliferative effects on transformed cells. It can potentiate the antiviral and antitumor effects of the type I interferons. Genetic variation in IFNG is associated with the risk of aplastic anemia (AA) which is a rare disease in which the reduction of the circulating blood cells results from damage to the stem cell pool in bone marrow. In most patients, the stem cell lesion is caused by an autoimmune attack. T-lymphocytes, activated by an endogenous or exogenous, and most often unknown antigenic stimulus, secrete cytokines, including IFN-gamma, which would in turn be able to suppress hematopoiesis.

  UDG酶分子量25KDa，能特异性识别DNA单链或双链中的尿嘧啶残基，并从DNA上水解去除尿嘧啶残基，防止DNA发生突变，是碱基切除 修复过程中的重要组分，对RNA无活性。

产品用途：
UDG酶常被用于消除PCR扩增中的残余污染。在PCR反应液配制时，将dUTP和dTTP 按一定的比例混用，使得扩增产物都含有脱氧尿嘧啶。在进行PCR扩增前，在PCR混合液添加UDG酶，并增加2分钟37℃～50℃的保温步骤即可消除以往PCR产物的残留污染，由于UDG在PCR循环中的94℃dU的PCR产物。

使用建议：
UDG酶在Taq酶反应缓冲液中同样具有活性。在PCR反应液中直接添加UDG酶即可，推荐用量为0.2U每50μl体系，在PCR循环程序前增加2分钟37℃ ～50℃保温及可完全消除多达1ng含UTP模板的污染。

应用示例：

关于SHH(C24II)：
Sonic Hedgehog Homolog (SHH) belongs to a three-protein family called Hedgehog. The other two family members are Indian Hedgehog (IHH) and Desert Hedgehog (DHH). Hedgehog proteins are key signaling molecules in embryonic development. SHH is expressed in various embryonic tissues and plays critical roles in regulating the patterning of many systems, such as limbs and brain. SHH also plays an important role in adult, including the division of adult stem cells and the development of certain cancers and other diseases. Human SHH is expressed as a 45kDa precursor, and undergoes a series of processing during secretion. After the removal of the signal peptide, a protease within the C-terminal domain catalyzes the cleavage of SHH into a 20 kDa N-terminal signaling domain (SHH-N) and a 25 kDa C-terminal domain (SHH-C). SHH-N has the “all signaling” capability. SHH-N binds to the 12 pass transmembrane protein Patched (Ptc) on cell surface, which releases the repression of the activity of Smoothened (Smo), a G-protein coupled receptor, by Ptc.
