关于CTLA-4/CD152：
Mouse Cytotoxic Tlymphocyte 4(CTLA-4,CD152), is a type I transmembrane T cell inhibitory molecule. Within the ECD, Mouse CTLA-4 shares 68% aa sequence identity with human. CTLA4 is similar to the T cell costimulatory protein CD28 since both of the molecules bind to CD80 and CD86 on antigen-presenting cells. CTLA4 transmits an inhibitory signal to T cells, whereas CD28 transmits a stimulatory signal. Intracellular CTLA4 is also found inregulatory T cells and may play an important role in their functions. T cell activation through the T cell receptor and CD28 leads to increased expression of CTLA4. Genetic variations of CTLA4 have been associated with susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE), Gravesdisease(GRD), Celiac disease type3(CELIAC3) and Hepatitis B virus infection(HBVinfection).

β-1,4-galactosyltransferase 4 (B4GALT4) is a single-pass type II membrane protein that belongs to the Glycosyltransferase 7 family. B4GALT4 consist of the following 2 domains: N-Acetyllactosamine Synthase and β-N-Acetylglucosaminyl-Glycolipid β-1,4-Galactosyltransferase. B4GALT4 is highly expressed in the heart, placenta, kidney, and pancreas; it is lowly expressed in the brain, colon, lung, muscle, ovary, testis, and uterus. B4GALT4 function is responsible for the synthesis of complex-type N-linked oligosaccharides in many glycoproteins as well as the carbohydrate moieties of glycolipids.

Junctional Adhesion Molecule B (JAM-B) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the juctional adhesion molecules family. JAM-B includes a signal sequence (aa 1-28), an extracellular region (aa 29-238) with one Ig-like C2-type domain and one Ig-like V-type domain, a transmembrane segment (aa 239-259), and a cytoplasmic domain (aa 260 - 298). JAMB is localized to the tight junctions between endothelial cells or epithelial cells. JAM-B is prominently expressed in the heart, placenta, lung, foreskin and lymph node. It is also present on the endothelia of other vessels. JAM-B acts as an adhesive ligand for interacting with a variety of immune cell types and may play a role in lymphocyte homing to secondary lymphoid organs.
