关于IL-1F1/IL-1 alpha：
Interleukin-1 alpha (IL1α) is a cytokine member of the interleukin-1 family. IL-1 consists of two distinct forms: IL1α and IL1β that recognize the same cell surface receptors but are distinct proteins with approximately 25% amino acid sequence identity. IL1α is constitutively produced by epithelial cells and plays an essential role in maintenance of skin barrier function. Upon stimulation, a wide variety of cells including osteoblasts, monocytes, macrophages can be induced to express IL1α. IL1α possesses a wide range of metabolic, physiological, haematopoietic activities, and is critically involved in the regulation of the immune responses and inflammatory responses.

Zinc Finger Protein Interacting with Ribonucleoprotein K (ZIK1) is a 487 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the Krueppel C2H2-Type Zinc-Finger Protein family. ZIK1 has nine C2H2-type zinc fingers and a KRAB domain. This protein is expressed at high levels in the gastric glands and at low levels in the colon and small intestine. It has been shown that ZIK1 is a transcriptional repressor that interacts with the Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Particle K Protein (HNRPK).

关于SDC4：
Mouse SDC4 is a ubiquitous transmembrane proteoglycan which belongs to the syndecan proteoglycan family. SDC4 is a cell surface proteoglycan that bears heparan sulfate. The four vertebrate syndecans, Syndecan-1 through -4, have similar short cytoplasmic domains and extracellular portions that diverge, except for HS attachment sites. Structurally diverse side chains add considerably to the size of the core proteins and serve as binding sites for growth factors, cytokines, and extracellular matrix proteins. Syndecans are present as homodimers or multimers, and are often expressed in developmental and cell type-specific patterns. It is expressed highly in liver, kidney and lung. SDC4 localizes to the focal adhesions of adherent cells and binds to a range of extracellular ligands, including growth factors and extracellular-matrix proteins. Through its extracellular domain, syndecan-4 cooperates with adhesion molecules and binds matrix components relevant for cell migration. As a heparan sulfate proteoglycan, SDC4 works as a coreceptor for various growth factors. Syn4 deficiency limits neointimal formation after vascular injury by regulating vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) proliferation and vascular progenitor cells (VPCs) mobilization. SDC4 have an array of functions including regulating cell growth, differentiation, and adhesion.

关于B7-H3/CD276：
CD276, also known as B7-H3, is a member of the B7 superfamily with signature IgV and IgG regions in extracellular domains. It is a type I transmembrane protein and shares 20–27% amino acid identity with other B7 family members. B7-H3 is involved in the activation of T lymphocytes, and regulates murine bone formation. It is also reported that B7-H3 may play an important role in muscle-immune interactions, providing further evidence of the active role of muscle cells in local immunoregulatory processes. B7-H3 is expressed on T-cells, natural killer cells, and antigen presenting cells, as well as some non-immune cells, such as osteoblasts, fibroblasts, fibroblast-like synoviocytes and epithelial cells. High expression of B7-H3 in tumor vasculature also correlates with poor survival in patients, suggesting that it may play a role in tumor cell migration.
