关于Osteocrin ：
Osteocrin is a secreted protein which is primarily expressed in bone and muscle. It is synthesized as a proprotein that undergoes proteolytic processing to generate a mature 50 amino acid C-terminal active peptide.Human Osteocrin proprotein shares 77% and 78% amino acid sequence identity with the rat and mouse protein, respectively. It appears to modulate osteoblastic differentiation. It could also function as an autocrine and paracrine factor linked to glucose metabolism in skeletal muscle.

关于CTLA-4/CD152：
Mouse Cytotoxic Tlymphocyte 4(CTLA-4,CD152), is a type I transmembrane T cell inhibitory molecule. Within the ECD, Mouse CTLA-4 shares 68% aa sequence identity with human. CTLA4 is similar to the T cell costimulatory protein CD28 since both of the molecules bind to CD80 and CD86 on antigen-presenting cells. CTLA4 transmits an inhibitory signal to T cells, whereas CD28 transmits a stimulatory signal. Intracellular CTLA4 is also found inregulatory T cells and may play an important role in their functions. T cell activation through the T cell receptor and CD28 leads to increased expression of CTLA4. Genetic variations of CTLA4 have been associated with susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE), Gravesdisease(GRD), Celiac disease type3(CELIAC3) and Hepatitis B virus infection(HBVinfection).

关于CDKN2C：
Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 4 Inhibitor C (CDKN2C) is a member of the INK4 family of cyclin dependent kinase inhibitors. CDKN2C contains 4 ANK repeats and interacts with CDK4 or CDK6. Highest levels of CDKN2C can be found in skeletal muscle, pancreas, and heart. CDKN2C inhibits cell growth and proliferation with a correlated dependence on endogenous retinoblastoma protein RB and prevent the activation of the CDK kinases. Studies have been shown the roles of CDKN2C gene in regulating spermatogenesis, as well as in suppressing tumorigenesis.
