关于BLVRA：
Human Biliverdin reductase A (BLVRA) is belonged to the Gfo/Idh/MocA family and Biliverdin reductase subfamily. BLVRA is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the BLVRA gene. BLVRA plays an important role in reducing the gamma-methene bridge of the open tetrapyrrole, biliverdin IX alpha, to bilirubin with the concomitant oxidation of a NADH or NADPH cofactor. BLVRA acts on biliverdin by reducing its double-bond between the pyrrole rings into a single-bond. It accomplishes this using NADPH + H+ as an electron donor, forming bilirubin and NADP+ as products.

Tropomyosin α-1 Chain (TPM1) is a member of the Tropomyosin family of highly conserved and widely distributed Actin-binding proteins involved in the contractile system of striated and smooth muscles and the cytoskeleton of non-muscle cells. TPM1 binds to Actin filaments in both muscle and non-muscle cells. It is one type of α-helical chain that forms the predominant Tropomyosin of striated muscle. TPM1 plays a central role in association with the Troponin complex and the Calcium dependent regulation of vertebrate striated muscle contraction. Smooth muscle contraction is regulated by interaction with Caldesmon. In non-muscle cells, it is implicated in stabilizing the cytoskeleton Actin filaments. Defects in TPM1 are associated with type 3 Familial Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.

关于CNTF：
Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor (CNTF) is a potent survival factor for neurons and oligodendrocytes. CNTF has also been shown to prevent the degeneration of motor axons after axotomy. CNTF is highly conserved across species and exhibits cross-species activities. Human and rat CNTF share approximately 83% homology in their protein sequence. CNTF is structurally related to IL6, IL11, LIF and OSM. All of these four helix bundle cytokines share gp130 as a signal transducing subunit in their receptor complexes. CNTF, like FGF acidic, FGF basic, and PD-ECGF (platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor), does not possess a signal sequence that would allow secretion of the factor by classical secretion pathways. The mechanism underlying the release of CNTF is unknown.
