质量保证：经多次柱纯化，SDS-PAGE胶检测仅可见 清晰单一的目的条带；PCR方法检测无大肠杆菌DNA残留，无核酸内、外切酶污染。

活性定义：以poly(rA)•poly(dT)为底物，在30℃、pH7.7的条件下，20分钟内产生1 nmol酸可溶性物质所需要的酶量定义为1个活性单位（U）。

关于MICA：
MHC class I polypeptide-related sequence A, also known as MIC-A, PERB11.1 and MICA, is a single-pass type I membrane protein which belongs to the MHC class I family of MIC subfamily. MICA contains one Ig-like C1-type domain and is expressed on the cell surface, although unlike canonical class I molecules does not seem to associate with beta-2-microglobulin. It is thought that MICA functions as a stress-induced antigen that is broadly recognized by NK cells, NKT cells, and most of the subtypes of T cells. MICA is the ligand for NK cell activating receptor KLRK1/NKG2D. MICA seems to have no role in antigen presentation. MICA leads to cell lysis by binding to KLRK1.

关于NLGN4X：
Neuroligin 4, X-Linked (NLGN4X) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the type-B carboxylesterase/lipase family. NLGN4X is detected at higher levels in heart and at lower levels in the liver, skeletal muscle, and pancreas. NLGN4X is a putative neuronal cell surface protein involved in cell-cell-interactions. NLGN4X may act as splice site-specific ligands for β-neurexins. It has been shown that NLGN4X is involved in the formation and remodeling of central nervous system synapses. NLGN4X also interacts with discs, large (Drosophila) homolog 4 (DLG4). Defects in NLGN4X have been associated with autism and Asperger syndrome.
