本试剂盒适用于 血清、细胞培养上清。样本采集后请按下列要点处理：

• 血清：采血后室温凝固 30 min，离心取上清，避免溶血；
• 血浆：使用合适抗凝剂采集，及时离心分离；
• 细胞培养上清：离心去除细胞碎片后取上清；
• 组织匀浆：按质量体积比加入裂解/匀浆缓冲液，离心取上清。

1. 试剂与样本平衡至室温，按随盒技术资料配制标准品、洗涤液及工作液；
2. 设置标准品孔、样本孔与空白孔，加入相应液体；

4. 加入显色底物避光反应，加入终止液终止；
