用于流式或发光法检测石蜡及冰冻切片C4d补体。
C4d是抗体触发补体通过经典途径活化后C4的裂解产物，能稳定地结合在发生排斥的移植物内皮的表面。检测C4d作为机体针对同种异体移植物抗体检测的一个间接信号，大量研究表明：C4d是肾移植免疫中的重要标记物，同时也是心脏、肝及其他器官移植免疫检测的重要标记物。
检测原理：
包被了HLA抗原的微球与被检血清中的抗HLA抗体结合（A），形成抗原抗体复合物。加入补体后（血清取自健康非敏感人群），在微球表面激活了典型的补体级联反应（B）。用
PE-conjugated anti human c4d 检测结合的C4d。
