关于Semaphorin 4D：
Semaphorin-4D is also known as A8,BB18, GR3, CD100. Semaphorin-4D belongs to the semaphorin family containing 1 Ig-like C2-type domain, 1 PSI domain and 1 Sema domain. It is the cell surface receptor for PLXN1B and PLXNB2 that plays an important role in cell-cell signaling. It promotes the migration of cerebellar granule cells and of endothelial cells, regulates dendrite and axon branching and morphogenesis.Semaphorin-4D Plays a role in the immune system; Promotes signaling via SRC and PTK2B/PYK2, which then mediates activation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and of the AKT1 signaling cascade.

  本二抗用于Western、ELISA和IHC等的二抗。 HRP，即horseradish peroxidase，中文名为辣根过氧化物酶，可以在 Western检测时催化ECL类试剂产生化学发光，可 以在ELISA时催化TMB产生蓝色，也可以在IHC或Western blot检测时催 化DAB产生棕色沉淀。
  本辣根过氧化物酶标记山羊抗小鼠IgG(H+L)用于WB、ELISA和 IHC的推荐稀释比例参考上表，实际实验操作过程中需根据抗原和抗 体的具体情况适当调节二抗的稀释比例。对于WB，推荐的稀释范围为1:500-2000。

使用说明：
1、本抗体为用纯化的小鼠IgG免疫山羊，然后用亲和纯化柱对获得的抗血清进行纯化，并经过人IgG吸附纯化的优质二抗。对人IgG几乎没有结合能力。
2、本抗体如果用于常规的Western检测，以每次检测需5毫升1:1000 稀释的二抗计，至少可以检测20次。

使用方法：
1、Western、ELISA或IHC请参考相关实验步骤进行。起始稀释浓度按照产品简介中推荐的稀释比例进行稀释。
2、叠氮*会抑制辣根过氧化物酶的活性，在含有辣根过氧化物酶的二抗中不可加入叠氮*。

关于CD5L：
CD5L, also known as CD5 antigen-like, is secreted protein which mainly expressed by macrophages in lymphoid and inflammed tissues and regulates mechanisms in inflammatory responses, such as infection or atherosclerosis. It is able to inhibit lipid droplet size in adipocytes. CD5L acts as a key regulator of metabolic switch in T-helper Th17 cells. It is Participates in obesity-associated autoimmunity via its association with IgM, interfering with the binding of IgM to Fcalpha/mu receptor and enhancing the development of long-lived plasma cells that produce high-affinity IgG autoantibodies. It also acts as an inhibitor of apoptosis in macrophages: promotes macrophage survival from the apoptotic effects of oxidized lipids in case of atherosclerosis. It is involved in early response to microbial infection against various pathogens by acting as a pattern recognition receptor and by promoting autophagy.
