打开试剂管前请先离心。
复溶浓度推荐大于100 μg/ml。
冻干蛋白请溶于ddH2O。
复溶后，请根据用量分装冻存，避免反复冻融。

关于NRCAM：
Neuronal cell adhesion molecule(NRCAM) is a single-pass type I membrane protein ,containing 5 fibronectin type-III domains and 6 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains.It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. NrCAM is engaged in such biological processes as axonal fasciculation, cell-cell adhesion, central nervous system development, clustering of voltage-gated sodiu*(代"m") channels, neuron migration, positive regulation of neuron differentiation, regulation of axon extension, and synaptogenesis. It also may play a role in the molecular assembly of the nodes of Ranvier. NrCAM effects are also linked with different recognition processes and signal transduction pathways regulating cell differentiation, proliferation, or migration

Ubiquitin-Conjugating Enzyme E2 C (UBE2C) is a 179 amino acid enzyme that belongs to the Ubiquitin-Conjugating Enzyme family.UBE2C is highly expressed in tumor tissues and at low levels in most adult normal tissues. UBE2C is required for the destruction of mitotic cyclins and for cell cycle progression. UBE2C accepts Ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. It acts as an essential factor of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), which has E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, and targets for destruction substrates from the preceding mitosis (Cyclin A, Cyclin B, Securin, Geminin).
