关于CNDP2：
Mouse cytosolic non-specific dipeptidase(CNDP2) is a cytoplasm protein which belongs to the peptidase M20A family. CNDP2 has 2 Isoform: Isoform 1 is ubiquitously expressed with higher levels in kidney and liver (at protein level). Isoform 2 is expressed in fetal tissues, it is only expressed in adult liver and placental tissues. CNDP2 hydrolyzes a variety of dipeptides including L-carnosine and has a strong preference for Cys-Gly. It is a cytosolic enzyme that can hydrolyze carnosine to yield l-histidine and beta-alanine. CNDP2 is highly expressed in the histaminergic neurons in the tuberomammillary nucleus, implying that it may supply histidine to histaminergic neurons for histamine synthesis. It may play a role as tumor suppressor in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells.

Butyrophilin Subfamily 1 Member A1 (BTN1A1) is the major protein associated with fat droplets in the milk. It belongs the immunoglobulin superfamily. BTN1A1 acts as a specific membrane-associated receptor for the association of cytoplasmic droplets with the apical plasma membrane. It is localized to the major histocomp*(代"a")tibility complex (MHC) class I region of 6p. It may have arisen relatively recently in evolution by the shuffling of exons between 2 ancestral gene families. It is shown that BTN1A1 inhibits the proliferation of CD4 and CD8 T-cells activated by anti-CD3 antibodies, T-cell metabolism and IL2 and IFNG secretion.

关于BLNK：
B-Cell Linker Protein (BLNK) is a cell membrane protein which contains 1 SH2 domain. BLNK is expressed in B cells and fibroblast cell lines, playing a important role in B cell receptor signaling. BLNK as a central linker protein, downstream of the B-cell receptor (BCR), bridges the SYK kinase to a multitude of signaling pathways and regulating biological outcomes of B-cell function and development. BLNK associates with the activation of ERK/EPHB2, MAP kinase p38 and JNK, modulates AP1, NF-kappa-B and NFAT activation. BLNK involves in BCR-mediated PLCG1 and PLCG2 activation and Ca2+ mobilization and is required for trafficking of the BCR to late endosomes. BLNK deficiency results in agammaglobulinemia type 4 and much more profound block in B-cell development.
