关于DKK-3：
Dickkopf-related protein 3 (DKK3) belongs to the DKK protein family including Dkk-1, 2, 3 and -4. DKK3 is a 350 amino acid secreted glycoprotein which is comprised of an N-terminal signal peptide and 2 conserved cysteine-rich domains that are separated by a 12 amino acid linker region. Dkk-3 also have one prokineticin domain. DKK3 is involved in embryonic development through its inhibition of the WNT signaling pathway. The Dkk family also includes Soggy, which is homologous to Dkk-3 but not to the other family members. Soggy has not been shown to inhibit Wnt signaling, and its role in the pathway is unclear.

Epididymal Secretory Protein E1 (NPC2) is a secreted protein that belongs to the NPC2 family. NPC2 is involved in the regulation of the lipid composition of sperm membranes during the maturation in the epididymis. NPC2 may regulate the transport of cholesterol through the late endosomal/lysosomal system. Defects in NPC2 are the cause of Niemann-Pick disease type C2, which affects the viscera and the central nervous system.

Tripeptidyl-Peptidase 1 (TPP1) belongs to the peptidase S53 family. TPP1 is detected in all tissues examined with highest levels in heart and placenta and relatively similar levels in other tissues. TPP1 is lysosomal serine protease with tripeptidyl-peptidase I activity. TPP1 may act as a non-specific lysosomal peptidase which generates tripeptides from the breakdown products produced by lysosomal proteinases. TPP1 requires substrates with an unsubstituted N-terminus. TPP1 mutations have also been shown to cause neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis type 2 (CLN2).

关于IGFBP-6 ：
Insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) comprise a family of endo*(代"c")rine, paracrine and autocrine polypeptides consisting of the ligands IGF1 and IGF2, two receptors (IGF1R, IGF2R), at least 6 IGF-binding proteins (IGFBPs) and IGFBP proteases. Among the binding proteins, IGFBP6 is unique because of its N-terminal disulfide linkages and its marked binding preference for IGF2. It is a potent inhibitor of the interaction between IGF2 and its receptor IGF1R, thus preventing major functions of IGF2, such as induction of proliferation, differentiation, cell adhesion, or colony formation. In particular, IGFBP-6 inhibited the growth of neuroblastoma and rhabdomyosarcoma xenografts. GFBP-6 is expressed in many tissues, including lung, liver, gut and the central nervous system.
