关于proHB-EGF：
Heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor (HB-EGF) is a 12­16 kDa member of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) family. It possesses an EGF­like domain, and a heparin-binding motif. Mature HB­EGF is a soluble peptide that arises from proteolytic processing of the transmembrane form. Human HB­EGF shows 76% and 73% aa sequence identity with rat and mouse HB­EGF, respectively. It is required for normal cardiac valve formation and normal heart function, promotes smooth muscle cell proliferation. It may be involved in macrophage-mediated cellular proliferation; it is mitogenic for fibroblasts, but not endothelial cells. HB­EGF classified as a group 2 ErbB ligand based on its ability to activate both the EGF/ErbB1 and ErbB4 receptors. Activity associated with ErbB4 binding appears to be limited to non­mitogenic actions, while EGFR binding induces both mitogenic and non­mitogenic activity.

Dtk, also called Tyro3, belongs to the TAM receptor family of receptor protein tyrosine kinases (RPTKs) composed of three receptors Tyro3, Axl, and Mer. These receptors share a characteristic molecular structure of two immunoglobulin-like and two fibronectin type III repeats and have been best characterized for their roles in immune regulation, fertility, thrombosis and phagocytosis. Gas6 and protein S have been identified as ligands for these receptors. Gas6 binding induces tyrosine phosphorylation and downstream signaling pathways that can lead to cell proliferation, migration, or the prevention of apoptosis. Tyro3 and Axl play important regulatory roles in a variety of tissues, including the central nervous, reproductive, immune, and vascular systems. Tyro3 is widely expressed during embryonic development and preferentially expressed during neurogenesis in the central nervous system.

Hemoglobin subunit alpha 1 (HBA1), also known as α2β2, is a hetero-tetramer consisting of two α and two β subunits held together by non-covalent interactions. Each subunit contains a heme group with an iron atom in the Fe2+ state. Cooperativity of Hemoglobin (Hb) in binding with O2 and allosteric regulatory binding properties with CO2, H+, Cl−, and 2,3-DPG (2,3-bisphosphoglycerate) are based on subunit interactions. HBA1 is the most common type of Hb in adult humans, which mediates the transport of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood. In recent years, Hb α and β chains have been found co-expressed in alveolar cells, mesangial cells of the kidney, retinal ganglion cells, hepatocytes and neurons.
