  本抗体是用经过适当修饰的GST融合蛋白作为抗原制备得到的单克隆抗体。
  DNA重组技术使目标蛋白带上特定tag成为可能，这些常用的tag 包括myc、HA、Flag、His、GST等。带上myc、HA、Flag tag后，通常不会影响目标蛋白的生物活性和细胞内定位。在检测和tag融合表达的目标蛋白时，使用商业化的相应tag抗体就可以完成，大大方便了很多实验检测。His及GST tag的添加使蛋白的纯化更为便利，也方便了融合表达蛋白的检测。GST tag常用于和目的蛋白融合表达后的亲和纯化及检测。
  本GST抗体广泛地用于GST tag融合表达蛋白的检测。本抗体可以检测位于融合蛋白N-terminal的GST tag，也可以检测位于融合蛋白C-terminal的GST tag。

注意事项：稀释后的一抗，回收后可重复使用，回收后的稀释一抗可在4℃短期保存。

使用方法：
1、Western检测：
a. 按照1:2000用相应的Western封闭液稀释抗体。
b. 把经过封闭的蛋白膜与稀释好的一抗4℃缓慢摇动过夜或室温作用1小时，确保稀释的抗体至少能在摇动的瞬间覆盖蛋白膜。
c. 按照Western的实验步骤进行后续的洗涤、二抗孵育、洗涤和检测等操作。
2、其它实验操作请自行参考相应的方案进行。

Zinc Finger and BTB Domain-Containing Protein 17 (ZBTB17) belongs to the Kruppel C2H2-type zinc finger protein family. ZBTB17 may function as a housekeeping DNA-binding protein that regulates the expression of specific genes, it has been shown to bind to the promoters of adenovirus major late protein and cyclin D1 and activate transcription. ZBTB17 may has growth arrest activity, probably through inhibition of cell cycle progression. ZBTB17 required for early embryonic development during gastrulation. ZBTB17 induces cell arrest at G1, an effect mediated by its activation of the gene coding for P15INK4b. This effect is blocked by Myc, which displaces transcriptional coactivators bound to ZBTB17. Although the downregulation of ZBTB17 may contribute to Myc-induced cell transformation, the de-activation of ZBTB17 is absolutely essential for Myc-induced apoptosis.

Killer-Cell Immunoglobulin-Like Receptors (KIRs) are important cells of the immune system. KIRs are a family of Natural Killer (NK) Cells surface glycoproteins. KIRs control the killing function of these cells by interacting with MHC class I molecules. This interaction allows KIRs to identify virally infected cells or tumor cells by the distinctive low level of Class I MHC on their surface. The majority of KIRs are inhibitory, their recognition of MHC suppresses the cytotoxic activity of their NK cell. Only a limited number of KIRs have the capacity to activate cells. KIR2DL3 is an inhibitory Killer Cell Ig-like Receptor. KIR2DL3 recognizes class I MHC molecules (HLA-Cw1, -Cw3, -Cw7, and Cw8). KIR2DL3 inhibits the activity of NK cells thus preventing cell lysis.

关于SDC4：
Mouse SDC4 is a ubiquitous transmembrane proteoglycan which belongs to the syndecan proteoglycan family. SDC4 is a cell surface proteoglycan that bears heparan sulfate. The four vertebrate syndecans, Syndecan-1 through -4, have similar short cytoplasmic domains and extracellular portions that diverge, except for HS attachment sites. Structurally diverse side chains add considerably to the size of the core proteins and serve as binding sites for growth factors, cytokines, and extracellular matrix proteins. Syndecans are present as homodimers or multimers, and are often expressed in developmental and cell type-specific patterns. It is expressed highly in liver, kidney and lung. SDC4 localizes to the focal adhesions of adherent cells and binds to a range of extracellular ligands, including growth factors and extracellular-matrix proteins. Through its extracellular domain, syndecan-4 cooperates with adhesion molecules and binds matrix components relevant for cell migration. As a heparan sulfate proteoglycan, SDC4 works as a coreceptor for various growth factors. Syn4 deficiency limits neointimal formation after vascular injury by regulating vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) proliferation and vascular progenitor cells (VPCs) mobilization. SDC4 have an array of functions including regulating cell growth, differentiation, and adhesion.
