Zinc Finger MYND Domain-Containing Protein 10 (ZMYND10) is a cytoplasmic protein. ZMYND10 contains one MYND-type zinc finger. It has alternative splicing activity and forms two different proteins. ZMYND10 posses the metal-binding activity, which can binds with zinc ion. It is reported that ZMYND10 can functionally suppress tumor formation in vivo and is, therefore, likely to be one of the candidate tumor suppressor genes involved in NPC.

关于CHI3L2：
Chitinase 3-Like Protein 2 (CHI3L2) is a 39 kDa secreted glycoprotein which belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 18 family and the most closely related to human cartilage glycoprotein 39, which promotes the growth of human synovial cells as well as skin and fetal lung fibroblasts. Highest expression of CHI3L2 is in chondrocytes, followed by synoviocytes, lung and heart. It is not detected in spleen, pancreas, and liver. CHI3L2 may also be expressed in developing brain and placenta. Increased levels of CHI3L2 have been demonstrated in synovial fluids of patients with rheumatoid or osteoarthritis as well as in some other pathologies and in malignant tumors, particularly in glioblastomas. CHI3L2 may bind glycan structure with high affinity, but not heparin. It has has no chitotriosidase activity, but is likely to bind some type of glycan.

关于IL-23R：
Interleukin 23 receptor (IL23R), a heterodimer of the IL12 receptor β1 (IL12Rβ1) and IL12Rβ2, is a type I cytokine receptor for IL23. IL23R is comprised of two subunits, the IL12Rβ1 subunit, which is shared with several cytokines, and a subunit that is unique to IL-23. IL23, after binding to IL23R, activates memory T cells and mediates pro-inflammatory activities in part by the production of IL17 through activation of TH17 lymphocytes. IL23R is expressed on T cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, and macrophages. In fact, polymorphisms of the IL23R gene were reported to be associated with susceptibility to inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Gravess ophtalmopathy and inflammatory bowel diseases.
