GRE-GFP报告基因是翊圣生物自主研发的用于检测glucocorticoid receptor转录活性水平为目的的报告基因。GR（glucocorticoid receptor)调控的糖皮质类固醇是强有力的抗炎介质，并对心血管、新陈代谢、免疫和体内平衡功能进行调节或维持。
GRE-GFP报告基因主要应用于糖皮质激素介导的信号途径(glucocorticoid-mediated signaling pathway)的激活水平研究、药物研究以及基因过表达和RNAi表型分析等。
pGMGRE-GFP是翊圣生物改造后的哺乳动物真核表达载体，在其多克隆位点插入了多个GR结合位点，可以高效地检测GR的激活水平。由于载体采用了GFP作为报告基因，更便于后续的检测。同时，对载体中预测出的其它转录因子以外的结合位点进行了适当的突变，增加了质粒的转录因子结合特异性。另外，由于质粒体积减小，使得GRE-GFP报告基因更易于转染。
