文献和实验关于上分GC-103气相色谱仪的维修保养,我从多年操作及维修的经验谈谈。该仪器操作方便,缺点是耗电量稍大,常见毛病是温控板及可控硅出现故障。目前该仪器系列(包括GC-102)已停产,配件比较难找,它有一个维修比较方便的是: (1)可控硅出现毛病可以从家电维修市场购买到, (2)温控板出现毛病时,进样器温控板与氢焰温控板可以互换。热导温控板可以替换柱温控板,但是特别注意热导温控板替换柱温控板时要将电阻调配好,目视热导温控板最高的电阻线圈将中间的连线断开即可。通过上述替换
