ziweihua 求助高人啊，我想用斑马鱼整体胚胎检测其细胞凋亡情况，选用的Roche的in situ cell death detection kit, POD. 按照其中的贴壁细胞或细胞涂片的方法做了两遍，可是连阳性对照都没有信号。后来查找到一篇论文中的方法，如下： a，收集胚胎后用PBS清洗，转移到1.5ml的EP管内，4%多聚甲醛PBS固定过 夜 b，用PBS配制 25%50%75%的梯度酒精，每次5min将胚胎梯度脱水。
