- HYB 011-05 is specific for the N-terminal region (residues 1-6) of the GLP-1. No cross-reactitvity with GLP-1 (7-36) amide or (7-37). HYB 011-05 reacts with the low activity enzyme GLP-1(1-36)amide, but not with either of the activated forms GLP-1(7-36)amide and GLP-1(7-37)amide.
