关于SECTM1：
Secreted and Transmembrane Protein 1 (SECTM1) is a transmembrane and secreted protein that belongs to the SECTM family. SECTM1 is expressed in a perinuclear Golgi-like pattern. It is detected at the highest levels in peripheral blood leukocytes and breast cancer cell lines. SECTM1 is considered to participate in thymocyte signaling and the hematopoietic/immune system processes. It is reported that SECTM1 is a broadly expressed, IFN-γ-inducible molecule, which functions as a potent costimulatory ligand for T cell activation and is synergistic with anti-CD28.

Interleukin12 receptor subunit beta 1 (IL12RB1) is a type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the hemopoietin receptor superfamily. IL12RB1 can spontaneously form homodimers and -oligomers, which are able to bind IL12 with only low affinity. IL12 high affinity receptor complex is composed of two subunits designated IL12RB1 and IL12RB2. While IL12RB1 interacts with the IL-12p40 subunit, IL-12p35 is mainly connecting with IL12RB2. This receptor chain is also responsible for transmitting the IL12 signal into the cell. IL12RB1, to the contrary, is also part of the IL23R, where it interacts with the p40 subunit of IL23. IL12RB1 is expressed in activated T cells, NK cells and B cells.

C-C Motif Chemokine 11 (CCL11) is a secreted protein that belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. In response to the presence of allergens, CCL11 selectively recruits eosinophils, a prominent feature of allergic inflammatory reactions. The effects of CCL11 are mediated by its binding to a G-protein-linked receptor known as a chemokine receptor. Chemokine receptors for CCL11 include CCR2, CCR3 and CCR5. However, it has been found that CCL11 has high degree selectivity for its receptor, such that they are inactive on neutrophils and monocytes, which do not express CCR3.
