| 产品描述： | Peripheral myelin protein 22 (PMP-22) is an integral membrane protein involved in growth regulation and myelinization in the peripheral nervous system. PMP-22 is found in the tumors of Schwann cell lineage where axons are present (neurofibromas) but not where axons are absent (schwannomas). Defects in PMP22 are the cause of hereditary motor and sensory neuropathies, including Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 1A and Dejerine-Sottas syndrome. |
