| 产品描述： | High-density lipoprotein (HDL) is a protein complex which contains lipid and cholesterol, thereby allowing transport of lipid and cholesterol in the blood stream. HDL transports cholesterol mostly to the liver or steroidogenic organs such as adrenals, ovary, and testes by direct and indirect pathways. HDL is removed by HDL receptors such as scavenger receptor BI (SR-BI), which mediate the selective uptake of cholesterol from HDL. |
