| 产品描述： | HSP-70 (Heat shock 70 kDa protein 1) is a 70-kDa heat shock protein, a member of the heat shock protein 70 family. In conjunction with other heat shock proteins, HSP-70 stabilizes existing proteins against aggregation and mediates the folding of newly translated proteins in the cytosol and organelles. Heat shock proteins recognize non-native conformations of other proteins during translation and membrane translocation or following stress-induced damages. HSP-70 is also involved in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway through interaction with the AU-rich element RNA-binding protein 1. |
