| 产品描述： | Myosin is a hexameric protein involved in muscle contraction, which consists of two heavy chains (200kDa), and four light chains (20kDa): two phosphorylated regulatory subunits (MLC2) and two non-phosphorylated subunits (alkali or MLC1 and MLC3 types). Myosin (slow) (myosin light chain 1, slow-twitch muscle B/ventricular isoform, also called MYL3) is mapped to the region 3p. Defects in MYL3 are the cause of familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy type 8 (CMH8). |
