IL-16保存：
冻干蛋白置于-20℃以下可长期保存，室温条件下可稳定保存3周。
复溶蛋白溶液可在4～7℃保存2～7天，可分装后置于-20℃保存三个月。

IL-16复溶：
打开试剂管前请先离心。
复溶浓度推荐大于100 μg/ml。
冻干蛋白请溶于ddH2O。
复溶后，请根据用量分装冻存，避免反复冻融。

关于IL-16：
Mouse interleukin-16(IL-16) is a single chain non-glycosylated polypeptide. IL-16 is widely expressed in human tissues including spleen, thymus, lymph nodes, peripheral leukocytes, bone marrow and cerebellum.IL-16 plays an important role instimulating a migratory response in CD4+ lymphocytes, monocytes, and eosinophils,inducing T-lymphocyte expression of interleukin 2 receptor.It was originally identified as a CD8+ T cell-derived chemoattractant for CD4+ cells. In addition to its chemotactic properties, IL-16 has also been shown to suppress HIV-1 replication in vitro and appears to be involved in transcriptional regulation of SKP2 and is probably part of a transcriptional repression complex on the core promoter of the SKP2 gene. It may act as a scaffold for GABPB1 (the DNA-binding subunit the GABP transcription factor complex) and HDAC3 thus maintaining transcriptional repression and blocking cell cycle progression in resting T-cells.

  本DNA Marker为预混1×Loading Buffer的DNA溶液，可直接电泳。100bp DNA Ladder Plus在100bp DNA Ladder基础上添加了1200bp，1500bp，2000bp三个条带。

片段组成：
100bp，200bp，300bp，400bp，500bp（加亮），600bp， 700bp，800bp，900bp，1000bp，1200bp，1500bp，2000bp，其中500bp条带浓度加倍，约为30 ng/μl，显示为亮带，使电泳结果更容易辨认，亦可用于定量。其它各条带浓度约为10 ng/μl。

储存条件：-20℃，有效期2年。

关于PCSK9：
Human Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin/Kexin Type 9 (PCSK9) is a secretory subtilase belonging to the proteinase K subfamily. PCSK9 is synthesized as a soluble zymogen that undergoes autocatalytic intramolecular processing in the ER , the pro domain and mature chain secrete together through noncovalent interactions. PCSK9 binds with low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) and plays a major regulatory role in cholesterol homeostasis. Inhibition of PCSK9 function by preventing PCSK9/LDLR interaction is currently being explored as a means of lowering cholesterol levels. PCSK9 also binds to apolipoprotein receptor 2 (ApoER2), and play a role in the neural development.
