关于ST6GAL1：
The ST6GAL1 gene encodes β-Galactosamide α-2,6-Sialyltransferase 1. It is a type II membrane protein and is localized to the trans-Golgi network. It catalyzes 2,6-sialylation of Galβ1,4-GlcNAc structures on N-glycans. ST6GAL1 is highly expressed in the liver and other tissues. ST6GAL1 deficiency causes abnormalities in B-cell immunoreactivity. The expression and activity of ST6GAL1 are associated with tumor metastasis in breast and colon cancers. The majority of ST6GAL1 in the liver is cleaved and secreted into the serum and may be used as a biomarker for hepatitis diseases.

Carbonic Anhydrase 4 (CA4) belongs to the alpha-carbonic anhydrase family. Alpha-carbonic anhydrase is a large family of zinc metalloenzymes that catalyze the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. Carbonic anhydrase 4 is a glycosylphosphatidyl-inositol-anchored membrane isozyme expressed on the luminal surfaces of pulmonary (and certain other) capillaries and proximal renal tubules. Carbonic anhydrase 4 may stimulate the sodiu*(代"m")/bicarbonate transporter activity of SLC4A4 that acts in pH homeostasis. It may have a role in inherited renal abnormalities of bicarbonate transport. Mouse myeloid cell surface antigen CD33(CD33) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and SIGLEC (sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin) family. CD33 contains one Ig-like C2-type domain and one Ig-like V-type domain. CD33 is a putative adhesion molecule of myelomonocytic-derived cells that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. CD33 preferentially binds to alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface. In the immune response, CD33 may act as an inhibitory receptor upon ligand induced tyrosine phosphorylation by recruiting cytoplasmic phosphatase(s) via their SH2 domain(s) that block signal transduction through dephosphorylation of signaling molecules. CD33 induces apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia. CD33 is becoming increasingly important as a target of antibody-mediated therapy in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML).
