关于Annexin A7：
Annexin A7 (ANXA7) is a member of the annexin family of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding proteins. Annexin A7 has a unique, highly hydrophobic N-terminal domain and a conserved C-terminal region. The C-terminal region is composed of alternating hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments. Annexin A7 is a calcium/phospholipid-binding protein with diverse properties including voltage-sensitive calcium channel activity and promotes membrane fusion and is also involved in exocytosis.

关于CRYAB：
α Crystallin B Chain (CRYAB) is a cytoplasmic protein that belongs to the small heat shock protein (HSP20) family. Alpha crystallins are composed of two gene products: alpha-A and alpha-B, for acidic and basic, respectively. Alpha crystallins can be induced by heat shock and are members of the small heat shock protein (sHSP also known as the HSP20) family. Alpha crystallins acts as molecular chaperones and hold them in in large soluble aggregates. CRYAB is expressed widely in many tissues and organs. It may contribute to the transparency and refractive index of the lens. The deficiency of CRYAB is the cause of myopathy myofibrillar type 2 (MFM2) and cataract posterior polar type 2 (CTPP2).

关于beta-NGF：
Human β-Nerve Growth Factor (β-NGF) was initially isolated in the mouse submandibular gland. It is composed of three non-covalently linked subunits α, β, and γ; it exhibits all the biological activities ascribed to NGF. It is structurally related to BDNF, NT-3 and NT-4 and belongs to the cysteine-knot family of growth factors that assume stable dimeric structures. Β-NGF is a neurotrophic factor that signals through its receptor β-NGF, and plays a crucial role in the development and preservation of the sensory and symp*(代"a")thetic nervous systems. Β-NGF also acts as a growth and differentiation factor for B lymphocytes and enhances B-cell survival. These results suggest that β-NGF is a pleiotropic cytokine, which in addition to its neurotropic activities may have an important role in the regulation of the immune system. Human β-NGF shares 90% sequence similarity with mouse protein and shows cross-species reactivity.
