XNR-400B型熔体流动速率测定仪是根据GB/T 3682的试验方法，用于测定热塑性高聚物在高温下的流动性，如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、ABS树脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龙氟塑料等高聚物。XNR-400B型采用工业PLC可编程控制器，液晶操作平台，温度部分采用单独的温度单元，LED数码显示。该机自动控温从操作方法上分为手动、时控、自动三种切料方式,能够实现质量法（MFR）和体积法（MVR）两种试验方法；该机能够测得原料在试验温度下的熔融密度，系统同时具有温度校准功能。

XNR - 400 - b type melt flow rate meter is according to GB/T 3682 test method, is used for mensurating the liquidity of thermoplastic polymer at high temperature, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, pom, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon, fluorine plastic polymer, etc.
Xnr-400b adopts PLC programmable controller, liquid crystal operation platform, temperature part adopts individual temperature unit, LED digital display.
The automatic control temperature of this machine is divided into manual, time-controlled and automatic three kinds of cutting methods, which can realize the two test methods of mass method (MFR) and volume method (MVR).
This machine can measure the melting density of raw material at the test temperature and the system has temperature calibration function at the same time.
