E. coli TOP10菌株是一种常用于质粒克隆的菌株，其基因型为 F- mcrA Δ(mrr-hsdRMS-mcrBC) φ80 lacZ△M15 △lacX74 recA1 ara△139△(ara-leu)7697 galU galK rpsL(StrR) endA1 nupG。φ80 lacZ△M15基因的产物可通过与pUC载体编码的b-半乳糖苷酶氨基端α互补，实现蓝白斑筛选。recA1和endA1的突变有利于克隆DNA的稳定和高纯度质粒DNA的提取。本产品是经特殊工艺处理得到的TOP10化学感受态细胞，使用pUC19质粒检测，转化效率可高达108 cfu/μg DNA以上。
