GenStar红细胞裂解液利用细胞内外渗透压差异而导致红细胞膜破裂的原理，专门用于裂解并去除哺乳动物全血或组织样品中的无细胞核红细胞。本产品采用优化的试剂配方，在裂解红细胞的同时几乎不损伤白细胞或其他有核细胞，处理过的血液或组织细胞样品可直接用于后续的原代培养、细胞融合、以及组织细胞蛋白与核酸提取等实验。本产品不适用于有细胞核红细胞的裂解，例如禽类红细胞。
