该酶纯化自 E. coli C600 pcl857 pPLc28 lig8，催化双链 DNA 或 RNA 上相邻的 5´-磷酸末端和 3´-羟基末端形成磷酸二酯键。不仅能够催化平齐末端或粘性末端之间的连接，还可以修复双链 DNA、RNA 或 DNA/RNA 杂交双链中的单链切刻。T4 DNA 连接酶经过严格的质控检测，确保该产品具有最高的活性和纯度。

高效连接粘性末端和平末端、T/A 克隆、dsDNA 切刻修复、构建高丰度克隆文库、RNA 和 DNA 的连接

活性定义（粘性末端活性单位）
1x T4 DNA 连接酶反应缓冲液[50 mM Tris-HCl（pH 7.5 @ 25℃），10 mM MgCl2，10 mM DTT，1 mM ATP]。推荐 DNA 5´ 末端浓度为 0.1-1.0 μM，16℃ 温育。
