PCR Enhancers能够促进各种耐热DNA聚合酶对许多复杂结构的DNA模板（如高GC含量）的有效扩增，增加PCR反应的灵敏度和特异性。其原理可能是通过提高DNA聚合酶的热稳定性，降低模板DNA的二级结构等机制提高目的片段的产量。GenStar提供两种不同成分的PCR Enhancers，适合于灵敏度要求较高的PCR、RT-PCR、Multiplex PCR、PCR条件的优化和GC含量高的DNA片段的扩增。由于其作用机制不同，使用不同的模板、引物时，两种PCR Enhancers提高目的片段产量的效果存在差异，因此建议先摸索出合适的PCR Enhancer及其添加浓度后再进行PCR扩增。

Q1: PCR Enhancers能否解决所有PCR扩增困难的问题？
A1:任何PCR Enhancer都不可能解决所有PCR扩增遇到的困难，这是由于PCR受多种因素影响造成的。常用的PCR Enhancers多是通过提高DNA聚合酶的热稳定性和降低模板DNA的二级结构等机制来提高目标片段的产量的。因此，对于由模板结构复杂引起的PCR扩增困难，添加PCR Enhancer以后很可能有明显改善。在PCR扩增遇到困难时，应先通过设立对照实验，确定问题所在，然后判断PCR Enhancer是否可能有帮助。
Q2: PCR Enhancers对PCR有无负面影响？
