描述
N-2添加剂是化学成分确定的，不含血清的，基于Bottenstein’s 的N1配方的添加剂。N－2添加剂主要用于Neurobasal®培养基。
它主要被推荐用于成神经细胞瘤以及周围神经系统(PNS)与中枢神经系统(CNS)的原代细胞培养中有丝分裂后期神经元的生长和表达。
N－2添加剂可以替代Bottenstein’s的N1添加剂。我们提供的N－2添加剂是100倍的浓缩体。
它可用于添加了生长因子bFGF及EGF的Neurobasal®培养基，或DMEM培养基。
