关于LIR-1：
The immunoglobulin-like transcript (ILT) family (also named leukocyte Ig-like receptors (LIR) and monocyte/macrophage Ig-like receptors (MIR)) can be activating and inhibitory immunoreceptors. ILTs are expressed on many leukocyte subsets and regulators of immune responses . ILTs share significant homology with killer cell Ig-like receptors (KIR). Except ILT-6, all ILT family members are type I transmembrane proteins having two or four extracellular Ig-like domains . ILT2 is expressed on most monocytes,dendritic cells,and mature B cells. ILT2 is also expressed on small percentages of T-cells and NK cells. ILT2 can prevents cellular activation.

关于DKK-2：
Dickkopf-related protein 2 (DKK2), is a member of the dickkopf family. DKK2 is secreted protein which contains two cysteine rich regions and is involved in embryonic development through its interactions with the Wnt signaling pathway. It can act as either an agonist or antagonist of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling, depending on the cellular context and the presence of the co-factor kremen 2. It antagonizes canonical Wnt signaling by inhibiting LRP5/6 interaction with Wnt and by forming a ternary complex with the transmembrane protein KREMEN that promotes internalization of LRP5/6. DKKs play an important role in vertebrate development, where they locally inhibit Wnt regulated processes such as antero-posterior axial patterning, limb development, somitogenesis and eye formation. In the adult, Dkks are implicated in bone formation and bone disease, cancer and Alzheimer disease.

Cryptic (CFC1) is a member of the epidermal growth factor (EGF)- Cripto, Frl-1, and Cryptic (CFC) family. It contains an EGF-like domain, and is glycosylated on its N-terminal during post-translational modification. Cryptic is identified as a NODAL coreceptor involved in the correct establishment of the left-right axis. It may play a role in mesoderm and/or neural patterning during gastrulation. The unnormal expression of this gene may causes a series of diseases such as HTX2, Transposition of the great arteries dextro-looped 2,and Conotruncal heart malformations.
