关于FCAR：
Immunoglobulin α Fc Receptor (IgA Fc Receptor) is a member of the immunoglobulin gene superfamily. It is a transmembrane glycoprotein present on the surface of myeloid lineage cells such as neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and eosinophils, where it mediates immunologic responses to pathogens through the charged arginin residue within its transmembrane domain. IgA Fc Receptor binds both IgA1 and IgA2 with similar affinity. The site of interaction between FCAR and IgA was identified in the first extracellular domain of FCAR and the C2/C3 junction of IgA. It interacts with IgA-opsonized targets and triggers several immunologic defense processes, including phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and stimulation of the release of inflammatory mediators. FCAR is also expressed on Kupffer cells in the liver, where it was suggested to provide a second line of defense.

关于CTSH：
Cathepsin H (CTSH), which can act both as an aminopeptidase and as an endopeptidase, is a lysosomal cysteine protease of the papain family. CTSH is composed of a dimer of disulfide-linked heavy and light chains, both produced from a single protein precursor. CTSH is associated with various pathological conditions like human fibrous meningioma, colorectal cancer, arthritis, human prostate tumor and lung cancer. CTSH is associated with cancer progression because of their ability to degrade extracellular matrices facilitating invasion, angiogenesis and metastasis as is evident from numerous clinical reports and experimental models. The expression of CTSH is significantly increased in disease states such as in prostate tumors, sera of asthmatic patients, and mucosa of colorectal cancer patients.

Granzyme A is a member of the Franzyme family. Granzyme A is the most abundant Serine Protease in Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes (CTL) and Natural Killer (NK) cells. Granzyme A has a specifically function in CTL and NK cells. It induces caspase-independent cell death when introduced into target cells by perforin. Human Granzyme A is synthesized as a precursor (262 residues) with a signal peptide (residues 1-26), a propeptide (residues 27-28) and a mature chain (residues 29-262).
