关于PSG2：
PSG2 is a secreted protein that in humans is encoded by the PSG2 gene. It is a member of the human pregnancy-specific glycoproteins (PSGs) family. These proteins are synthesized in large amounts by placental trophoblasts and released into the maternal circulation during pregnancy. PSG2 consist of a single N domain, with structural similarity to the immunoglobulin variable domains, followed by a variable number of immunoglobulin constant-like A and/or B domains. It has an arg-gly-asp (RGD) motif, which has been shown to function as an adhesion recognition signal for several integrins, in the N-terminal domain.

Sulfotransferase Family Cytosolic 2B Member 1(SULT2B1) is a member of the Sulfotransferase 1 family. SULT2B1 is highly expressed in the placenta, prostate, and trachea with lower expression levels in the small intestine and lung. SULT2B1 catalyzes the sulfate conjugation of numerous hormones, neurotransmitters, drugs, and xenobiotic compounds. Sulfonation enhances the water solubility of molecules, and therefore their renal excretion, however SULT2B1 can also result in bioactivation to form active metabolites.

关于LIMPII/SR-B2 ：
Lysosome membrane protein II (LIMPII)，also known as SCARB2, is a type III multi-pass membrane glycoprotein that is located primarily in limiting membranes of lysosomes and endosomes on all tissues and cell types so far examined. Earlier studies in mice and rat suggested that this protein may participate in membrane transportation and the reorganization of endosomal/lysosomal comp*(代"a")rtment. The protein deficiency in mice was reported to imp*(代"a")ir cell membrane transport processes and cause pelvic junction obstruction, deafness, and peripheral neuropathy. Further studies in human showed that this protein is identified as a receptor for EV71 (human enterovirus species A, Enterovirus 71) and CVA16 (coxsackievirus A16) which are most frequently associated with hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Mutations in this gene caused an autosomal recessive progressive myoclonic epilepsy-4 (EPM4), also known as action myoclonus-renal failure syndrome (AMRF). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. In addition, LIMPII also has been shown to bind thrombospondin-1, may contribute to the pro-adhesive changes of activated platelets during coagulation, and inflammation.
