关于BCHE：
Butyrylcholine Esterase (BCHE) is a secreted protein that belongs to the type-B carboxylesterase/lipase family. BCHE is a major acetylcholine hydrolyzing enzyme in the circulation. It is detected in blood plasma and present in most cells except erythrocytes. BCHE is an esterase with broad substrate specificity. BCHE can contribute to the inactivation of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. BCHE can degrade a large number of neurotoxic organophosphate esters. Thus, it plays important pharmacological and toxicological roles and is thought to be involved in the pathological progression. Defects in BCHE are the cause of butyrylcholinesterase deficiency (BChE deficiency) which is a metabolic disorder characterized by prolonged apnoea after the use of certain anesthetic drugs, including the muscle relaxants succinylcholine and other ester local anesthetics.

Prostatic Acid Phosphatase (PAP) belongs to the histidine acid phosphatase family. PAP can catalyze the hydrolysis of member of phosphate monoestyers, including phosphorylated protein. PAP can high expression in metastasized prostate cancer, moderately expression level in bone diseases, blood cell disease, and the concentration of PAP is used to monitor and assess the proession of prostate cancer. The optimum PH of PAP is from 4 to 6; its activity can be inhibited by L(+)-tartrate.

Inactive dipeptidyl peptidase 10, also called Dipeptidyl peptidase IV-related protein 3, Dipeptidyl peptidase X, Dipeptidyl peptidase-like protein 2, is a single-pass type II membrane protein which belongs to the peptidase S9B family, DPPIV subfamily. It is expressed in brain, pancreas, spinal cord and adrenal glands, and may form oligomers. This protein has no dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity. It may modulate cell surface expression and activity of the potassiu*(代"m") channels KCND1 and KCND2. Genetic variations in DPP10 are associated with susceptibility to asthma.
