    Carbonic Anhydrase 7 (CA7) is a member of the alpha-carbonic anhydrase family. Alpha-carbonic anhydrase is a large family of zinc metalloenzymes that catalyze the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. Furthermore, Alpha-carbonic anhydrase is associated with many biological processes, including calcification, respiration, bone resorption, acid-base balance and the formation of aqueous humor. CA7 is activated by histamine, L-adrenaline, L- and D-histidine, and L- and D-phenylalanine, but it is inhibited coumarins, sulfonamide derivatives such as acetazolamide (AZA) by saccharin and Foscarnet.

    关于TNFSF15
    Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 15 (TNFSF15) is a new member of the tumor necrosis factor family. TNFSF15 is predominantly an endothelial cell-specific gene, and recombinant TNFSF15 is a potent inhibitor of endothelial cell proliferation, angiogenesis and tumor growth. TNFSF15 exerts two activities on endothelial cells: early G1 arrest of G0/G1-cells responding to growth stimuli and programmed cell death of proliferating cells. These activities are highly specific to endothelial cells. TNFSF15 is also able to regulate the expression of several important genes involved in angiogenesis. These findings are consistent with the view that TNFSF15 functions as an autocrine cytokine to inhibit angiogenesis and stabilize the vasculature.

    关于BAMBI
    BMP and Activin Membrane-Bound Inhibitor Homolog (BAMBI) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the BAMBI family. BAMBI is highly expression in kidney medulla, placenta and spleen. BAMBI is induced by BMP signaling through the evolutionary conserved BMP-responsive elements in its promoter. BAMBI plays important roles in signal transduction in many developmental and pathological processes. BAMBI transcription is activated by Wnt/beta-catenin signaling then its expression is aberrantly elevated in most colorectal carcinomas. BAMBI stably associates with TGF-β-family receptors and inhibits BMP and activin as well as TGF-β signalling. BAMBI negatively regulates TGF-β-family signalling by a regulatory mechanism involving the interaction of signalling receptors with a pseudoreceptor.

    关于CD47/IAP
    CD47, also known as Integrin‑Associated Protein (IAP) and OA3, is a glycosylated atypical member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. Mouse CD47 is an integral membrane protein that consists of a extracellular domain (ECD) with a single Ig‑like domain, five membrane-spanning regions with short intervening loops, and C‑terminal cytoplasmic tail. CD47 has a role in both cell adhesion by acting as an adhesion receptor for THBS1 on platelets, and in the modulation of integrins. It plays an important role in memory formation and synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus. As a receptor for SIRPA, it binding to which prevents maturation of immature dendritic cells and inhibits cytokine production by mature dendritic cells. Interaction with SIRPG mediates cellcell adhesion, it enhances superantigen-dependent T-cell-mediated proliferation and costimulates T-cell activation. It may play a role in membrane transport and/or integrin dependent signal transduction. It also prevents premature elimination of red blood cells.
