MTT细胞增殖及细胞毒性检测试剂盒

MTT 分析法以代谢还原噻唑蓝 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT)为 基础。活细胞的线粒体中存在与 NADP 相关的脱氢酶，可将黄色的 MTT 还原为不溶性的蓝紫色的甲臜 （Formazan），死细胞此酶消失，MTT 不被还原。用 DMSO 溶解 Formazan 后可用酶标仪在 490nm 波长处 检测光密度。
