简介
人表皮生长因子（EGF）分子量为6kD，含有53个氨基酸，分子内有3个二硫键。EGF与位于细胞表面的特异受体EGFR 结合后，引起细胞内一系列的生化反应：提高细胞内的钙离子浓度水平，促进糖酵解的进行，增加蛋白质的合成，并且可以增强EGFR这一类特定基因的表达来促进DNA 的合成和细胞的增殖。
