产品及特点：
限制级Xa因子是从从牛血浆分离并经过Russell蝰蛇蛇毒活化的高纯度蛋白酶。产品中没有任何杂蛋白酶，因此不会产生二级切割。Xa因子的切割识别位点是IleGluGlyArg的羧基末端，因此可以从相应的重组蛋白中去除所有载体编码的序列。
Xa因子蛋白酶-Factor Xa Protease低温运输，-20℃保存，有效期一年。在6小时或更短时间内，1μg的Xa因子能够完全切割95%的50μg测试底物。Xa因子能与苯甲脒-琼脂糖发生特异性结合而且被清除。1M Tris-HCl,pH6.8 50ml
