动物线粒体纯化试剂盒-Animal Mitochondria Purification Ki使用及效果
将洗过的细胞或新鲜组织用溶液A悬浮，并在4℃放置10分钟，低速离心10分钟，去上清，用溶液A悬浮沉淀，低速离心10分钟，去上清，用溶液A悬浮沉淀，低速离心10分钟，取上清，6000 g离心10分钟，去上清，用溶液C清洗沉淀后溶解，即为线粒体粗提物，再根据操作手册的步骤进行纯化，进而得到精提的线粒体。
